Earl's connections has proven to be vital in strengthening the rookie production. He is also an experienced salesperson who has proven to be able to sell almost anything he can profit from.

He also brings years of professional experience with sound management (Earl was roadie for bands like Rivermaya). Academically built for the digital jungle as a programmer (freelance), Earl is currently enrolled as a Petroleum Engineering student at the Palawan State University.
