PUH, short for "Poor, Ugly, Happy", spearheaded the pioneering of the sublime creation of what the present Palawan reggae scene has become.

Mainly influenced by the Long Beach based band Sublime, PUH has made their bread and butter with tracks of their own, coupled with good old fashioned tracks from Marley.
